Mr. Milavsky is Chair of the Board of Quantico Capital Corporation, a privately held company which is engaged in merchant banking, principal investments and acquisitions. Mr. Milavsky also serves as a Director, member of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and as a Director, Chair of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the 13 investment trusts which comprise the Citadel Group of Funds.

Mr. Milavsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trizec Corporation (1976 to 1986) and Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Trizec Corporation (1986 to 1993). He has been a Director of TransCanada Corporation, Telus Corporation and many other corporations.

Mr. Milavsky is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute in 2002. Mr. Milavsky is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and received a Fellowship Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2005.
