Earl Coleman is involved in senior management of a freight forwarding business which is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Coleman held a series of positions with Big Freight Systems Inc. and in 1991 he was appointed to the position of Secretary Treasurer. In 1997, Mr. Coleman was also appointed to Vice President, Corporate Services and is currently the Vice President and Secretary Treasurer of Big Freight Systems Inc. and Secretary Treasurer of Big Freight America Inc.

Mr. Coleman is a member of the Board of Directors of Manitoba Trucking Association, a member of the Canadian Trucking Alliance and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Mr. Coleman is also a Director and a member of the Audit Committee of Spider Resources Inc., a publicly traded company, which is involved in mineral exploration and development.
